If you purchased items online at gontiotno.com, you may return them to us by following the instructions on the back of your invoice, also detailed below. In interest of hygiene and for your protection we do not accept returns of, or refunds on, unsealed cosmetics, pierced earrings or jewelry sets containing earrings or real body jewelry unless the items are of unsatisfactory quality or unfit for purpose.

RETURN PROCEDURE: Please email us at Fashion.Go@outlook.com and send your order number and request. We will then provide you with instructions and a return address .When we receive the returned items, we will inspect to see if you qualify for a refund. Items being worn or tampered with or without original package cannot be refunded. We guarantee money back on all acceptance returns.

By Shipment: If you ordered your merchandise from us online and would like to make a return by mail, include the merchandise in its original, unused condition, with tags and packaging, along with the return form provided in your order shipment. Please send your return via carrier of your choice to the address below. Gontiotno does not offer prepaid labels for return shipping. If we ship an incorrect, defective, or damaged item we will issue a refund for the return shipping charge via PayPal. We recommend using an insured and traceable delivery method.
